Comparison between deep well pumps and deep well submersible pumps

Deep well pumps use long shafts, intermediate couplings and bearings, which brings a series of problems in the structure, installation, efficiency of the pump group, and use and maintenance of the pump:

The pump head is limited by the shaft length. At present, due to the limitation of materials, the shaft cannot be made too long; otherwise, the rigidity of the shaft will cause problems. Therefore, the head is limited to less than 80 meters.
Intermediate uranium reactors and bearings add a lot of leprosy to the installation of deep well pumps and increase installation costs.
The friction between the bearing and the long uranium increases the mechanical loss and reduces the efficiency of the deep well pump.
Long shafts and intermediate uranium consume large amounts of steel and have to be machined, increasing the cost of deep well pumps.
Intermediate bearings are prone to failure, reducing the reliability of submersible pump operation; increasing the maintenance workload and operating costs of deep well pumps.

Deep well submersible pumps have eliminated long shafts and intermediate bearings, overcome the shortcomings of deep well pumps and have a series of advantages:

Deep well submersible pumps have a wide range of lifts, ranging from a few meters to thousands of kilometers; the displacement can also be made larger, ranging from a few tons to thousands of tons per hour.
The motors and pumps of deep well submersible pumps are directly assembled, and some are integrated into one unit without long shafts. They are submerged and used together. They are simple in structure, light in weight, easy to install, reliable in operation, and easy to maintain.
The deep well submersible pump is used for submerging into the water, without the need of a pump room, which takes up little help and saves capital construction investment.
Deep well submersible pumps have low losses and high efficiency, which can save energy and electricity costs,
The deep well submersible pump is used submerged in water, has no effect on the ambient temperature, is no noise, and will not cause an explosion. It is safe and reliable to use.
Through the electrical equipment on the ground, the deep well submersible pump can also be operated and controlled at a distance.
Both deep well pumps and deep well submersible pumps are centrifugal. The principle, structure and performance of their operation are basically the same, but the motors are two completely identical motors.
