1. Brief description of use

This machine is suitable for vibration equipment requiring safe voltage. This machine uses a DC motor to drive the eccentric body to make a high-speed rotary motion, and generate high-frequency rotary impulse, so as to achieve the purpose of generating mechanical vibration to the body and preventing the material from sticking to the body. It is also used in other mechanical equipment to prevent material from sticking, and vibration also makes the material fully uniform. It can also be applied to other occasions where only DC power supply is needed for vibration.

2. Performance characteristics

This product is a DC brushless vibration motor, which is different from the traditional DC vibration motor. It is an updated product of the DC vibration motor. This product has an electronic circuit driver. The Chuangmei DC brushless vibration motor has high efficiency and has less heat than the asynchronous motor of the same specification. With the same input power, the vibration force is more than 20% better than the asynchronous motor vibrator. 4 Use environment requirements

The ambient temperature is between -20°C and -40°C, and the altitude does not exceed 1000m. Those outside this range should consult the manufacturer. Avoid using the machine in the hot sun, otherwise it may cause the machine to malfunction. The machine should be firmly fixed, and the reliability of the fasteners should be checked before use. If there are signs of loosening of the fasteners, the fasteners should be tightened immediately. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine when it is loose to avoid impact damage to the equipment.

5. Safety precautions

The safety of operation must be guaranteed by familiarity and correct training! Untrained or incorrect operation may cause danger! Please read this operating manual and be familiar with how to use and control the machine correctly. Any operation must not violate the following principles:

  1) Use the DC power supply voltage according to the specifications of the nameplate, and the positive and negative poles cannot be connected wrongly. Generally, the red wire is connected to the positive pole and the black wire is connected to the negative pole. The terminal should be tightened and not loose.

  2) Do not touch the casing of the machine after work to avoid being injured by vibration!

  3) Do not replace and use unauthorized parts and accessories!

  4) Do not use this machine in places where there is a danger of explosion!

  5) When operating the machine, personnel must keep a certain distance from the machine.

  6) Pay attention to the insulation of the positive pole and negative pole of the power supply and secure it firmly to avoid short-circuiting the power supply.

6. Use

  1) Fix the vibrator in a reliable position on the body;

  2) Connect the positive pole of the power supply to the positive terminal of the vibrator, and connect the negative pole of the power supply to the base of the vibrator.

  3) Check the fixing condition of the vibrator. If it has been reliably fixed, try to start the vibrator. If no abnormality is found, it can work normally. If there is any abnormality, it should be shut down immediately for inspection.

7. Adjustment of vibration force

  1) The vibration force of the DC vibrator is divided into two types: adjustable and non-adjustable. Please confirm whether the machine is an adjustable vibrator.

  2) If the vibrator is an adjustable vibrator, follow the steps below to adjust the vibration force:

  3) For the ZF-TS series of DC vibration motors, the motor housing is disassembled and the shaft nut is unscrewed;

  4) Decreasing the number of eccentric iron pieces reduces the vibration force. Users can reduce the number of eccentric iron pieces in proportion to the required vibration force.

  5) After adjusting the vibrating plate, tighten it with a nut, if the nut is not enough, use a washer to add it;

  6) Put back the covers on both sides, and fix the base and the motor with bolts again.

8 Storage

    The vibrator should be protected from moisture when stored, and should be placed in a clean, well-ventilated warehouse where the ambient air temperature is -10~40℃ and the relative humidity is not more than 90%. There should be no corrosive gas in the air.
